Dalton was extremely quick to respond. He came out about 1.5 hours after the call with his truck and his guy. Within 3.5 hours my 36 year old dead well pump was replaced and we had water again. I couldn't be anymore grateful to Dalton and his crew for the quick response, professional service, and expertise to get things back up again for us. I HIGHLY recommend The Well Guy in Sycamore, IL.

Amazing service!!! I woke up at 5:30am to no water. I called The Well Guy at 5:45 and got an actual person, not an answering machine. Dalton was at my house by 8am and assessed the problem -dead well pump. He was able to fix it that morning! Very reasonable price! Can’t recommend him enough!! Thank you Dalton!!!

Called due to thinking we need a new well pump, and he was out with in a couple hours to assess and ended up being a much smaller fix than expected. Super reasonable with pricing as well.

Dalton answered his phone instantly and came out within two hours to replace our well tank. I highly recommend The Well Guy!

Dalton came and replaced our well cap, chlorinated our well, repaired a leak at the union to the pressure tank and also replaced the tank(thankfully under warranty) after he found the bladder was no good. Thanks for taking care of us. We will recommend him to others. Thanks!

Dalton came out on a Sunday and got us up and running again when our well pump went out and we had no water. Very nice, very fast, very professional. We highly recommend The Well Guy.
